Clock Out Rush

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 2, 2026

This policy explains how Clock Out Rush (下班对对碰, "the game") for iOS and Android collects, uses and protects your information. The game is developed and run by an individual developer ("we"). By using the game you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. What we do not collect

The game has no accounts. It does not collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

2. Information kept on your device

Level progress, coins, items, looks, daily and endless records, and settings such as music, sound and vibration are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them unless cloud saves (below) are on.

3. Cloud saves

So that you can get your progress back on a new or reinstalled device, the game syncs it to your own platform account: iCloud key-value storage on iOS, and Google Play Games saved games on Android. Apple or Google keep this data under their privacy policies; we cannot access it. You can turn off iCloud for the game in system settings, or delete the game's data in Google Play Games.

4. In-app purchases

"No ads" and coin packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment. We never receive your card or payment details, only the transaction record needed to confirm a purchase is valid.

5. Ads

The game only offers rewarded videos, which play only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner, interstitial or app-open ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect:

This is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with your consent, personalize ads. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some US states the game asks for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform on first launch; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. On iOS the game asks through the App Tracking Transparency prompt whether it may track you. If you decline, you see non-personalized ads.

After you buy "No ads" the game never plays an ad, and rewards that would need a video are given directly.

For how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

6. Analytics and crash reports

The game uses these Google Firebase services to improve its quality:

This data is not linked to your identity and is never sold. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

7. Sharing

We share no information with third parties other than Apple, Google and the services described above, except where the law requires it.

8. Children

The game is meant for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. We reply within 30 days.

10. Security

Data sent between the game and third-party services is encrypted in transit.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
